JobSummary : The HR Business Partner is responsible for defining and implementing the Human Resources (HR) Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP), encompassing all aspects of people planning, productivity and engagement. The HR Business Partner plays a leading role in the engagement, motivation and wellbeing of GeoMarket staff and employees. As a business partner to the senior leadership, this person acts as advisor on all HR-related topics and provide coaching and mentoring
AdditionalResponsibilities :
- Coordinate the recruiting, staffing, training, career development, talent management, succession planning, compensation and communication strategies for the GeoMarket.
- Own the definition, implementation and follow-up of the GeoMarket SWP to meet long-term business strategy requirements.
- Develop and monitor resource planning to meet long-term technical and business requirements through the GeoMarket SWP.
- Own and drive healthy development of employee potential and the GeoMarket talent pipeline through appraisals, career planning, career orientation, development and CLR reviews, employee development plans and succession plans, with particular emphasis on GeoMarket nationals including those working overseas.
- As business partner to the GeoMarket leadership team, provide HR insights and innovative solutions to address business requirements. Act as custodian for corporate values and HR principles, and be responsible for implementing and managing Schlumberger HR policies and procedures within the GeoMarket.
- Act in partnership with the Operations System team as the driver for change management and organizational efficiency.
- Oversee internal communication at all levels to improve the awareness and motivation of employees and teams.
- Ensure optimal collaboration between GeoMarket HR team members and the Product Line and corporate HR teams.
- Manage GeoMarket initiatives to improve social responsibility and gender balance.
- Oversee recruiting of fresh outs and experienced professionals in accordance with Product Line and function plans.
- Oversee training programs to develop functional, technical and leadership competencies.
- Help optimize productivity among field resources through local actions to enable multiskilling, remote operations and crew standardization.
- Be responsible for the GeoMarket compensation strategy to ensure competitive practices while remaining cost effective and compliant with local regulations.
- Be responsible for HR compliance matters. Investigate and close HR function FMAs.
Minimun Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HUman Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field: or relevant human resources training or certification
- 7 years progressive Human Resources or related field experience.
- Basic HR legal and compliance knowledge.
- Successful and demonstrated HR generalist experience with proven track record in compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
