Pierce office and help our team grow to the next level. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of bookkeeping experience, be a self starter and have a high level of attention to detail. Great opportunity for those looking to advance within the field of Real Estate Management. A background in hospitality is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2 years bookkeeping experience
Understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles
Experience in 1099 tax preparation and reporting
Experienced with Microsoft Products such as excel
Ability to work in a fast paced seasonal environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Duties:
Maintain Accurate financial records
Manage/Maintain trust and client liability accounts
Prepare Reports for Senior Management
Perform Account Reconciliations
Process Invoices, receipts and payments
Prepare and file monthly taxes for multiple counties
Support Hospitality staff in day-to-day tasks and projects
Purchasing, procurement and rebilling
Quality Assurance and Contract Compliance
Maintaining website, listings, software, social media, guest and client platforms
Payroll Processing and reporting
Collaborate with Accounting staff in budgeting and analytics
Interacting with clients, HOA associations and Vendors
