Coldwell Banker Commercial has a great opportunity for a hardworking and highly creative individual to join our team as a Commercial Marketing Specialist/Designer that supports the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Divisions of the company. This entry level commercial real estate marketing position will support the Commercial Marketing Specialist/Designer with all agent and organizational commercial real estate and property management marketing activities. In addition, the role will support the President of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management in all administrative facets needed, including, but not limited to, scheduling, communications, organization, report management and preparation.

With corporate training, experience, time and department demand the position will transition to a full time Commercial Marketing Specialist/Designer.

 The position will be based in a Traverse City sales office location where we will be sharing innovative ideas and offering you a unique and collaborative workplace where you can succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Commercial Marketing Specialist/Designer in creating eye-catching and informative print and digital marketing for the company and agents (brochures, social graphics, flyers, e-newsletters, postcards, etc.)
• Learn and utilize Coldwell Banker Commercial technologies and applications such as Buildout, Campaigner, BlueMail, Demographics, etc. to support commercial brokers
• Assist Commercial Marketing Specialist with company communications to staff and agents (Constant Contact email communications, company LinkedIn page, company Instagram page)
• Assist President with scheduling, keeping current on customer needs, communications, etc.
• Assist President with social media presence and leverage to increase company profile
• Run and manage reports for the commercial and property management lines of business
• Prepare, populate, and organize commercial and property management reports
• Liaise with local office leaders and coordinators to assemble business and market information
• Update and maintain local market information, production, leasing, listing, closed, directory, Resimercial reports
• Perform any additional and all functions necessary to support the President and commercial and property management team

Requirements

• BA or BS in Marketing required
• Marketing and Graphic Design experience preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with Digital & Social Marketing, web editing/design
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and technology skills
• Highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion

Training:

After hiring and prior to direct company and agent engagement, there will be an initial period of “on the job” training provided by the company.

Exempt Status: Non-exempt

Location: This position will be in office at one of our downtown Traverse City offices located at 522 E. Front Street, Traverse City MI 49686.
