What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply chain coordinator position at Schneider Electric?
Schneider Electric is seeking a Program Coordinator within the U.S. The Program Coordinator will serve as the tactical implementation specialist for Cleantech's Supply Chain Renewables Initiatives ("SCRI"s).
The Supply Chain Renewable Initiative allows for Schneider Clients to partner with Schneider to educate and engage their Suppliers on aggregate purchasing of renewable energy via power purchase agreements, environmental commodities, etc.
in order to reduce the carbon footprint of their supply chain. What will you do? Data & Technology Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data flow across different platforms
- Develop strategic and efficient data processes
- Create reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize data to help with supplier segmentation
- Support the tech team with testing enhancements and continually improving our digital solutions
- Assist Suppliers and Sponsors with tech-related inquiries Program Coordination
- Collaborate in the transformation and ongoing standardization of materials and programing for Cleantech's SCRI implementation program
- Organization of technology development team Program Enhancement :
- Work with and on behalf of Cleantech team and broader Schneider ESS to further improve and enhance customer satisfaction re : the delivery of SCRI scopes of work
- Collaborate closely with Business Development team to optimize service offer, marketing collateral, sales team awareness levels and abilities to acquire new clients and expand service revenue.
- Other Duties as may be assigned
- May include multi-region deliveries for Supply Chain Renewables programs in US and elsewhere What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong aptitude for learning new and different topics, particularly regarding supply chain decarbonization, marketing communications, renewable energy development, and digitization
- Versatility and the ability to work across multiple disciplines
- Creativity and ability to formulate and implement service and deliverable enhancements
- Ability to work well with a large network of internal colleagues, including a proven track record managing cross-disciplinary projects and delivering milestones on-time
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel Who will you report to?
- Associate Director Supply Chain Renewables, Renewable Energy & Cleantech What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field with 4 years of related professional experience
- Extensive Project Management experience working with complex projects, ideally those involving delivery through digital platforms or technologies
- A strong interest in emerging energy services with a focus on supply chain sustainability program management and project management
- Proven ability to successfully manage customer interactions, including calendar management, setting and leading agendas, leading clients through meetings, summarizing key takeaways & action items, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience in electric power management, procurement, sustainability or renewable energy preferred
