Schneider is seeking a Financial Systems and Reporting Team Leader to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for managing the financial systems reporting team and have intimate knowledge of our business processes. In addition, you will lead the optimization of Finance Reporting technology and make recommendations on enhancements and/or new technologies that will improve processes and accuracy. The position will provide critical insight to our tech team and finance teams to drive Business Intelligence and governance across data and reporting.
About the role:
Manage reporting system support and dashboard opportunities to Finance leadership
Conceptualize, generate, maintain, analyze, and distribute functional dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators
Provide insight into areas of opportunity by developing decision support tools, processes, and reports that provide solutions which enhance division or department needs

Bachelor degree or the equivalent of four plus years of relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of programming methodologies such as object-oriented programming and sequential processing, as well as programming techniques such as Functions, Loops, Conditional Statements, etc. (examples: VBA, SQL, Python) preferred.
Experience with Cloud ERP systems
Previous leadership experience preferred
