Position Overview:
The IT System Administrator supports core server infrastructure operating systems and application software. This role develops, implements, and manages security policies for all locations that includes network, user, email & system security. This role administrates Active Directory and Azure Active Directory accounts for multiple tenants/domains. This role also manages and provides technical assistance for user workstations and servers. This role reports to the Infrastructure Supervisor.

What you’ll get to do:
- Support core server infrastructure operating systems and application software.
- Develop, implement, and manage security policies for all locations including network, user, email & system security.
- Evaluate and mitigate the impact on the organization of current security trends, advisories & publications.
- Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory accounts for multiple tenants/domains.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 security and accounts.
- Research and manage vendor relationships that pertain to the Infrastructure Group.
- Perform desktop/server software and hardware updates.
- Manage and provide technical assistance for desktops, servers, and phone systems.
- Provide technical assistance for all network equipment.
- Provide after-hours technical assistance for all locations.
- Manage VEEAM backups of all servers.
Your qualifications should include:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field experience will be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Infrastructure role
- Experience directly installing, maintaining, & administering the following networking and software products required: Microsoft Active Directory networks, Active Directory Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows 10/11 computers, Microsoft Office including Outlook, and PBX based phones.
- Strong problem-solving, installation and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Infrastructure role
