Job Summary
Support for generating disbursements of college funds for Accounts Payable. Responsible for maintenance of accounts payable paper and electronic records. Assists with process improvements and implementations. Back up for payroll processes.
Required Qualifications
1. Associate’s Degree
2. Minimum of three (3) years accounts payable and payroll experience required. Work must include reconciliation of financial accounts from computerized accounting programs.
3. Ability to understand and operate appropriate office equipment, including personal computers and working knowledge of department-specific software.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and experience with computerized accounting systems.
5. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions and judgment consistent with the level of the position.
