Job Summary
Under supervision of the Executive Director of Facilities Management, with latitude to exercise independent judgment, the Facilities Management Office Manager is responsible for a range of tasks that assist the department administrators with the management of administrative offices, programs, and projects of the division.

Required Qualifications
- Associates degree.
- Eight (8) years of related experience.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to prioritize workloads under critical timelines, manage details and work independently.
- Experience with analyzing and solving organizational and managerial issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with staff and external constituents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
- Thorough knowledge of Colleague.
- Thorough knowledge of Facilities Management operations.
