We are looking for a person to add to our Administrative team. Our administrative team handles Office Management, IT Management, Accounting, Human Resources/Training along with Licensing and Accreditations. Each person on the team will be responsible for specific tasks as the daily workflow. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Duties and responsibilities included within the team are the following:
Office Mgmt:
Supple ordering
Lunches, Birthdays, etc.
Equipment maintenance
Vehicle mgmt.
IT Mgmt:
Computer inventory with who assigned to
Equipment Room inventory
Projects
Handles communication with outsourced IT company
Accounting:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Billing
Projects
Human Resources:
Job Placement/Screening
Schedule Interviews
Onboarding/Offboarding
Training setup/ new hires
Training setup for annual employees
Projects

Requirements
· Proven experience working in an office environment
· Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
· High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
