This is a Seasonal position at one of the top tourist destinations in the United States. Join us this Spring and Summer on Mackinac Island, Michigan! Position expected to begin in April and end in November. (Dates may fluctuate)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet resort guests at the ferry dock
• Assist guests with their luggage and personal items, loading them into resort carriages
• Ride to the resort in the carriage with guests, serve snacks and beverages, provide information about Inn at Stonecliffe, local attractions, and island history
• Deliver luggage to guest rooms
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
