What You'll Do
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them with any needs they may have.
- Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepare breakfast foods and drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- Be able to make all espresso based drinks
- Make drip coffee and tea daily
- Make and serve alcoholic drinks
- Ensure that the food and beverage area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Replenish food and beverage products throughout the shift as needed.
- Examine food products and supplies to ensure quality and quantity.
- Effectively resolve customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain public spaces
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Ability to exceed the expectations of guests.
- TIPs Certified, or the ability to obtain it
- Food Handlers certified, or the ability to obtain it
- Experience as a Barista preferred.
