JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees hotel operations under the direction of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
• Ensuring overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments and closing online cases accordingly
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Ordering all F&B supplies and making sure kitchen is operating within brand standards
• Responding and closing chargebacks on merchant sites
• Ensuring security is effective
• Carrying out inspections of property and services
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Operations Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Financial savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
