We are seeking a Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web/mobile applications and marketing campaigns. This role is also responsible for gathering and documenting requirements to ensure project delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations. This position will coordinate with development teams to make sure specifications and targets are met. Success is defined by the completion of projects to deadline and budget with minimal failures and delays. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management across various technology efforts
• Provide end-to-end business analysis to align requirements with delivery.
• Scope project requirements and create Business Requirement Document
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects.
• Work with Development and Infrastructure leadership to deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop support documentation including requirement specifications, Agile stories, Jira / Monday tasks and other project artifacts.
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
• Coordinate and lead UAT / quality assurance checks. 
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

• PMP Certification required
• Creativity in designing user friendly applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be technically savvy and must understand the role of technology in business.
• Must be methodical and have exceptional time management skills.
• Effective collaboration skill is a necessity for this role.
• Technology requirements include Office Suite, Agile, Jira, Monday experience
