Schuster Concrete is looking to hire a Concrete Dispatcher.
Job Duties include:
- Execute the shipment of concrete each day to both meet customer expectations and achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Use computer models paired with availability schedules to determine optimal customer order scheduling for future work
- Work with other regional dispatchers to meet customer demand by leveraging the regional shared resource pool (trucks and drivers)
- Prepare work schedules for employees based on future demand.
- Availability for flexible work schedules is required.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience as a Concrete Dispatcher preferred.
- Flexibility to meet changing daily production schedules.
- Strong computer skills mandatory. Prior use of Command Alkon Integra Dispatch preferred.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to work well with and motivate others to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
- Able to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
