Essential Job Duties:

Essential Job Duties:
- Map data between X12, XML, CSV documents to and from database tables, stored procedures, and views.
- Utilize graphical user interfaces to create application flows efficiently.
- Manage notifications, reports, and alerts for the document processing system.
- Oversee application schedules and event processing to ensure timely and accurate data exchanges.
- Investigate and research data and document issues, proactively identifying solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with the EDI team to seamlessly integrate trading partners into our internal systems.
- Work directly with clients and end-users to address any discrepancies that require attention.
- Analyze and research issues thoroughly, providing effective recommendations to correct them.
- Set up and test AS2 connections, ensuring secure and reliable data transmission.
- Apply AS2 Certs as needed for smooth EDI operations.
- Develop new documents to enhance the efficiency and functionality of the EDI system.
- Support sales staff by addressing EDI data issues underlying reporting problems.
- At least 3 years in prior EDI SQL data support or integration.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server queries, database structures, stored procedures, and views.
- Proven experience working with X12, XML, and CSV data formats, including data mapping and transformation.
- Strong proficiency in using graphical user interfaces for application flow creation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with EDI document processing, including managing notifications and alerts.
- Knowledge of AS2 connections and certification procedures.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Any additional SQL knowledge.
- Previous experience with Ramp EDI mapping software.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- On-site or remote – Cincinnati Ohio and Carmel Indiana area for on-site. Eastern Time Zone work hours if remote.
