Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide quality care for patients with mental and behavioral conditions; Collaborate with other clinicians to determine best care options and educate patients and family members about their mental health condition.
2. Monitor patient progress, facilitate recovery through counseling.
3. Create a safe, supportive and friendly environment for patients.
4. Document process, and maintain medical records and reporting in a responsible, timely, and confidential way.
5. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
6. Understand. Create. Simplify.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling in behavioral science or field relating to mental health counseling
Licensed Mental Health Counselor in good standing with the State of Washington and/or Idaho
2 years’ of clinical experience as a Mental Health Counselor
Current BLS certification
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate healthcare
