Millwork Hardware Coordinator

Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Hardware Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing orders to be completed in full and on time for delivery
- Picking orders, boxing hardware
- Keying
- Process receipts
- Using a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust where material is at
- Inspecting all material for quality
- Having constant communication with upper management on progress with work orders
- Float to other areas as needed to meet business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds comfortably
- Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
- Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions; have legible penmanship, good communication skills (verbal and written) and be detail oriented.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexible in working overtime when necessary
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position)

WORK SCHEDULE
1st Shift
- Monday thru Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime offered as needed
2nd Shift
- Monday thru Friday, 2:30-11pm, overtime offered as needed
PAY
- $20/hr
