What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPST Provider position at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center?
Participates in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Center's system of care for the severely mentally disabled adults through the provision of independent living support services. Facilitates the movement of Center clients to the least restrictive and least intrusive service environment. Provides CPST services for the clients and residents residing in independent living situations by monitoring and coordinating evaluations participating and involving clients in developing treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and assistance.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience required. Valid Ohio driver’s license, use of personal car, annual CPR review, and annual PPD testing are required.
