Job Description Summary: SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun. SciPlay currently offers nine core games, including social casino games Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino Slots, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games MONOPOLY Slots, Bingo Showdown, 88 Fortunes Slots, Backgammon Live, and Solitaire Pet Adventure with offices all over the world! Using excellent communication and great project management, you will work with the team and team leadership to drive development processes for the game. You have prior experience in game/software development and a keen knowledge of how each discipline operates and interacts. Being self motivated, having the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions are also critical to your success. Essential Job Functions: Motivate and provide support to your team, always contributing to a positive work environment Guide the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and process improvement across all departments Own the day-to-day tasking and scheduling for your team Own the release schedule and effectively manage the live operations for the game Effectively communicate with developers of all disciplines and across teams Identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions Collaborate with team leadership and other producers to keep teams moving forward with a shared vision Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leadership on work methods, development pipelines, priorities, and available people Facilitate team and department meetings to reach decisions effectively Champion quality with an eye on keeping the dates Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Required Experience: 3 years of game production/software development experience 2 years of live operations game production Familiar with one or more development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) Able to work with discipline leads and project leadership to align priorities Experience tracking a complex project and providing support to quickly clear roadblocks Strong project management skills The ability to remove ambiguities in both communication and planning by providing additional detail and context Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Passion to create fun games with an engaging player experience High proficiency with Atlassian and Microsoft Suite Production Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Bonus Points: Experience with Casual Mobile Game Development We are SciPlay!
