Scire Strategies delivers end to end organizational change capabilities to clients by providing strategic planning, change management, and program management services to our clients. We are currently seeking a junior Management Consultant to assist our federal client in strategic planning and program management activities. The Junior Management Consultant shall leverage their experience in analysis, project management, and program management to deliver tangible results to our client. The Junior Management Consultant is also responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with Scire Strategies’ clients, partners, and internal team members.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in the development of the organization’s strategy including vision, mission, goals, objectives, and value proposition.
- Conduct working sessions with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement new or improved processes.
- Develop and project-related artifacts such as charters, schedules, risk registers, and status updates.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives that advance the customer organization's vision and mission.
- Facilitate and document weekly client status meetings.
- Develop performance metrics and report on the organization’s status/progress.
Qualified Candidates Demonstrate:
- Experience with on-site client support.
- Strong writing, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a team.
- Capability to facilitate diverging perspectives towards consensus.
- High standard for quality work products and professionalism.
- Working knowledge of strategic planning, project management or program management best practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in management consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- U.S. Citizen
- Clearable to Secret (Secret Clearance Preferred, DHS Suitability is a Plus!)
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 or approved Reasonable Accommodation required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
