*** THIS IS A 20 HOUR PER WEEK POSITION
POSTION OVERVIEW:
Scituate Public schools is seeking a part-time Assistant to the Director of Food Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties to include but not limited to
- Maintenance of Free and reduced meal applications through direct certification and paper applications.
- Conducting bi-weekly payroll functions
- Maintaining Compliance Packet and Following DESE guidelines in regards to the School Lunch program.
- Assisting in Purchasing and verifying credits and rebates.
- Other Duties as assigned by the Director Of Food Service.
QUALIFICATIONS-REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be willing and able to receive and follow directions
- Must be trustworthy & teachable
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment.
QUALIFICATION-PREFERRED:
- Previous Admin Assistant experience
- Ability to relate well to the school community and the general public.
TERMS: Part-time, Non-Union, hourly rate TBD
