Assist with keeping HR department administration system organized and secure while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Schedule employment interviews.
Schedule on-boarding tasks for new hires.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Maintain updates to employee contact information and other key documents.
Advise employees on benefits issues.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
