Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project manager, superintendent, and foremen.
- Professionally answer all incoming calls and take messages for project personnel.
- Provide callers with company information such as directions to jobsite locations, company website, employment application, and other related information.
- Collect and enter employee time into payroll system.
- Perform data input into various software systems.
- Schedule and plan meetings for project supervision.
- Receive and distribute incoming daily mail.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail.
- Assist in ordering jobsite materials and supplies. This includes in-person meetings with vendors.
- Keep jobsite office clean and orderly.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
