Starting Pay for adults - $11 to $14 an hour based on experience & availability. Positions are available all around the Dayton area with great advancement opportunities.

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
Greeting customers with a smile- Taking accurate food orders
- Food Preparation of all of McDonald’s World Famous food including cooking, frying, and grilling
- Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Cleaning the Restaurant
- Stocking to ensure items are available and ready when needed
