ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor. They are actively seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to support their growing pipeline in the United States. The Superintendent will be the company's representative for a selected Commercial Construction project and will manage it from start to completion.
IDEAL TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT EXPERIENCE:
- 2 or more years of construction industry experience with a minimum of 3 as Superintendent
- Restaurant or retail construction experience
- COSTCO, WALMART, BURLINGTON, PUBLIX, WHOLE FOODS etc....
- Ground-up OR Renovation experience is required
- Must be able to travel: most positions are traveling beside a few
- Must be able to lead a project as a Lead Superintendent
- MUST PROVIDE A PROJECT LIST
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Great base salary ranging from $90,000 per year based on experience
