Job Posting for Estimating Assistant at Scott’s Fencing
Scott’s Fencing Co., Inc. is looking to raise the bar by creating drawings to better define scope of work with our estimates. This requires exceptional AutoCAD skills to provide clear and concise details of the proposed work. We also strive to streamline the construction management process from estimating to the production team to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.
$17 - $19 depending on experience
Benefits: PTO, 401K, Health Insurance
Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch
Skills // Requirements // Qualifications
- 2 years Autocad
- Experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
- drawing CAD details (shop drawings, section drawings, elevations etc),
- creating submittals and RFI's
- Generating digital takeoffs: quantifying materials, creating quote requests, create scope sheets
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Impeccable organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and analytical skills
