Scratchpay is hiring a Software Development Engineer In Test Team Lead to help the growth of Quality practices in Scratch’s IT Teams.
\n- Reporting to Scratchpay’s Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing all testing activities of the testing environment(s) at Scratch. You will work closely with Product and Development teams to support continued innovation in our products and services while ensuring the quality of deliverables and enabling automation.
- A collaborative mindset, operational and business understanding, and commitment to delivering quality builds within the deadline are essential in this role. We expect Team Leads to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with relevant business concepts, as well as having the ability to manage a team of individuals.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and test automation.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Experience with different types of testing (WEB, API, DB).
- Experience with Cypress is required.
- Experience with CI/CD is beneficial.
- Experience testing desktop Windows applications is beneficial.
- Strong attention to details.
- Must be comfortable using JavaScript in writing automated tests.
