Job Responsibilities at Screen Golf Masters:

  • Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and sociable atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction. Assess the service needs of customers and proactively offer to help.
  • Sales Offerings: Provide appealing and detailed explanations of our services and offerings, ensuring customers are well-informed and can make the most of their experience.
  • Cashier and Reservation Management: Manage cashier duties and oversee the reservation system, ensuring bookings are handled efficiently.
  • Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with both Korean and English-speaking clientele - half of our customers are Korean!

  • Reliable, Responsible, and Independent: Dependable for opening the store at 10 am on weekdays. Takes pride in being responsible and operates independently.

Screen Golf Masters is a mom-and-pop indoor screen golf lounge located in the heart of Golf Mill Shopping Center, adjacent to the AMC theater. We offer 2 distinctive experiences - a social haven for leisurely golfing rounds and intimate events, as well as a separate indoor driving range for individual practice or golf lessons with PGA professionals. We have a relaxed and friendly environment for you to thrive in!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
