Stitcher is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist in LA! This role is an integral part of our sales team and responsible for helping with all phases of ad sales execution. In this role, you will handle logistics of the ad sales process, from QA-ing insertion orders, to talent outreach, and maintaining organized and profitable campaigns. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and using creative thinking to find solutions to keep both advertisers and shows happy.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the sales support teams, shows, advertising clients, and ad operations team to provide support and guidance through all phases of ad sales execution
- Process insertion orders
- Provide white-glove service to advertisers and shows
- Handle all available inventory requests for Sales Team
- Analyze campaign performance, delivery, and pacing to guarantee client's expectations are met and/or exceeded
- Work closely with clients to meet deadlines, receive and QA campaign creative, and deliver product to shows
- Set up digital and audio ad products across a variety of platforms
What you bring:
Education & Experience/Certifications
- BA/BS Degree Preferred
- Professional experience required, 1-2 years in digital advertising operations including running, setting up, optimizing, and executing campaigns preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial figures
- Solutions oriented and customer service-focused mindset
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance the needs, requests, and styles of multiple different stakeholders
- Proactive and able to handle an ever-changing workload
- Passion for podcasts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of digital ad operations, platforms and technologies, and ability to master proprietary ad serving tools
- Background in Display/Video ad serving a plus
