Job Title: QuickSight Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Onsite in Greensboro, NC

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Position Overview:

The QuickSight Business Intelligence Developer will create data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Amazon Web Services (AWS), with a primary focus on Amazon QuickSight. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, analyze data, and develop insightful visual representations that aid decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and DQL.
• Report Development: Design and build dashboards using Amazon QuickSight and other BI tools.
• Data Visualization: Present complex data in a clear, visually appealing format (charts, graphs, tables).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define report requirements and deliver accurate insights.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all reports are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Report Maintenance: Regularly update and modify reports based on feedback and business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of reports and data sources.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance reporting processes and explore opportunities for automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 4 years of experience with data visualization tools (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with AWS services like Lambda, Redshift, etc.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA) and Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python or Java and GITLAB (preferred).
