We're looking for an Assistant Numismatic Photographer to join our Marketing Productions team to photograph and edit coins, bars, and other related bullion products with the quality and standards expected by our customers and our numismatic experts. This work is repetitive and will require focus, and attention to detail. This person will work very closely with a small team.
Location:
You'll report to the Design Manager overseeing the Marketing Productions area and work from our Sterns Road office in Ottawa Lake, MI.

What You'll Do:
- Produce photographs of coins and bullion products per industry standards as established by the lead photographer.
- Produce photographs to the satisfaction of our customers and industry professionals.
- Use specialized photography and studio lighting techniques for in-house marketing projects.
- Utilize in-house photographic processes established by the lead photographer.
- Assist the marketing productions team on projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3 years of experience in photography, macro, product, or numismatic photography preferred.
- Must know how to navigate and utilize the Canon EOS camera system.
- Must have a strong understanding of lightning and other manual photographic techniques.
- Must be able to proficiently utilize the tools within Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to edit photos.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must understand and relay company policies and procedures.
- Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility when appropriate.
- Ability to plan and accomplish goals and deliver products in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, squatting or standing for extended period to capture photos.
- Inspect and log notes for new product submission
- Occasionally lift and/or move 40 pound
- Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $17-$22. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
