Production Data Control Clerk

Current Opening: Data Control Clerk for Service Technicians needed in Government Contract at federal building in Washington. This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Scope: Performs all administrative duties for Project Manager including, but not limited to data entry into the contract required Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preparation of weekly planned maintenance work orders, receiving and disbursing service orders, preparing end of the month reports, maintaining weekly expenditure log, performing other duties as required or directed by management. Must have three (3) years’ experience working with a CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite software.
Duties:
- Monitor and enter data in CMMS.
- Dispatch Service Calls for repairs to the appropriate technician for priority response.
- Complete monthly reports for home office.
- Document personnel hours and prepare weekly reports for payroll.
- Maintain all office records for personnel security information, equipment inventories, preventive maintenance checklists, repair records, etc.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both colleagues and clients
- Outstanding computer/office skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to work Monday-Friday
- U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien
- Ability to pass drug screening and Federal Government criminal background check with no felony records
- Experienced in dispatching service calls to field service technicians i.e., plumbers, electricians, HVAC, etc. (preferred)
- Experienced in completing service tickets from field service technicians to enter labor and material costs to prepare for billing clients (preferred)
- Experience with GSA National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS) software (preferred)
