Pool Service Technician

SDS Pool Service is a growing, family owned company specializing in high quality commercial swimming pool service and repairs in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Summary of Primary Qualifications:
Prior experience as a pool service technician helpful - not mandatory. We are willing to train.

• Certifications: CPO, helpful, but not mandatory.
• Expert in water chemistry testing and balancing- helpful but not mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid California Driver License (with clean driving record - our insurance company will not insure anyone under 25.
• Drug Free
• A clean cut professional look and able to communicate with customers pleasantly
• Ability to start early and sometimes work long hours, especially during summer months
• Be organized, able to problem solve and communicate with supervisor daily
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Be able to supply verifiable employment references
• Have a smart phone that can take pictures and text pictures ( phone allowance provided)
• Be able to legally work in the U.S.
• Be willing to commute to Long Beach area

COMPENSATION:

Job Type: $19.00-$25.00 per hour to start (commensurate with experience)

• Paid vacation (after one year of continuous employment), paid sick days, paid holidays and personal days offered after 4 months of employment.

Job Type: Four day work week; full-time- 10 hours - Wednesdays off.
