Responsibility:
This role is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the Facility including, the building , grounds and all equipment.
Requirements:
Must have experience in dry wall, tile, electrical, and HVAC
Previous long-term care experience preferred**Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
Must be willing to work weekends if needed
Must pass a Level II Background
