We are a growing, Pensacola, Fl based business and need an experienced Crew Chief to lead the team. Local and family owned we offer flexibility and support. As our Land Surveying Crew Chief, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important data. This is a crucial role in our organization as accurate surveying is essential for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and contours

- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Utilize software for data analysis and mapping
- Perform calculations involving geometry, algebra, and trigonometry to interpret survey data
- Use robotic instruments for precise measurements during field surveys
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Crew Chief or similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Familiarity with software applications
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations involving geometry and algebra
- Solid understanding of legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying
