Hourly Rate: $30 - $40 (DOE)
Position Summary:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is looking for a top-quality person to join our team! This position is for an experienced full-time HVAC Technician.
The HVAC Service Technician will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC service and be mechanically inclined. The HVAC Service Technician perform HVAC services including maintenance and servicing equipment. The candidate should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Responsible for identifying issues and repairing HVAC and other air quality systems for various sites within the organization. Responsible for keeping equipment clean, fixed and maintained. Responsible for responding to emergency calls promptly and providing routine maintenance to help fix the HVAC system quickly for customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC Service
- Commercial experience
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Current WA State HVAC related license
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
Additional Requirements
- Pre-hire and annual employee health screening required
- Annual influenza vaccine required. The only exception is for employees with a medical or religious exemption be approved by Administration. Employees with an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask at all times during the flu season.
- TB testing is required annually.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
