Job Overview
As a member of our Data Entry and Integrity team, the Data Specialist ensures that all Sea Tow customer data is entered and maintained in an efficient and accurate manner. You will assist in the daily reconciliation of payments and validate data daily for discrepancies in our Salesforce CRM.
This is an in-office position located in Southold, NY, not remote. Full time preferred, but open to part-time. Schedule possibilities between 7am and 7pm.
Responsibilities Include:
· Data Entry: Sea Tow membership data and related program data
· Data Review and Correction: Identify errors and fix them
· Provide support to Sea Tow franchise owners and teams regarding data entry procedures
· Assist in daily reconciliation of payments using Salesforce and Excel
· Process check payments and upload files to Salesforce and bank
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
· Data Entry experience
· Keyboard skills / Able to type accurately and quickly
· Outstanding Excel skills and proficient in overall Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
· Strong analytical, investigative and trouble-shooting skills
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Able to listen effectively and learn quickly
· Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM a plus
· Understanding of database structure and/or information system technologies a plus
· You must be a confident, positive and team-oriented individual with a “Get it done!” attitude!
