Service Technician

The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for supporting the customers Fire Safety Equipment service in Washington. As the Mobile Service Technician, you will provide service and repairs on BAUER compressor equipment, 3M SCOTT SCBA's (Air-Paks) and HOLMATRO Rescue Tools. This is a rewarding position working with local Fire Departments to keep their critical response equipment in tip-top shape!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for Repairs, Service, and Warranty on BAUER Compressors, 3M SCOTT SCBA (Air-Paks) and HOLMATRO Rescue Tools.
• Manage Service technician's inventory
• Coordinate customer scheduling.
• Will work very closely with SeaWestern Product Specialist to order appropriate parts.
• Will manage vehicle Inventory and keep appropriate records of spare parts.
• Responsible for the quick turnaround on Repairs and Services.
• Manages all Warranty claims with Customer Service representatives.
• Delivering products to the customer in a timely fashion.
• Manage and build strong relationships with manufacturing sales representatives.
• Build strong relationships through direct contact with end-users and customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for service calls.
• Become certified as a Compressor Service Technician
• Become certified as an SCBA Technician
• Become certified as a Rescue Tool Technician
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Technical background and/or various technical certifications Mechanically and/or electronically inclined.
• Persistent, patient, positive, and resilient Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic email, and smartphone.
• Excellent interpersonal skills-verbal and written communication.
• Ability to forge long-term relationships.
• Ability to learn new technical products
• Ability to motivate.

RELATIONSHIPS & CONTACTS:

• Build strong relationships with end-user customers.
• Work closely with various personnel at SeaWestern

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
