Like move them quickly through a long line with grace and precision? Do you have the ability to take action to turn a transaction into a positive guest experience? We’ve got a great opportunity for you to connect with our guests and keep them coming back for more. What you get to do: As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you’ll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot. You will: Perform crowd control in order to open and close location efficiently Accurately process monetary transactions Handle will call and interaction program requests Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment What it takes to succeed: Must be at least 16 years old Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
