YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Supervisor of Electrical & Controls Engineering opportunity in our Guymon, Oklahoma, processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be leading a team of 8 in our automation department as well as troubleshooting electrical and PLC programming.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures manuals, building/equipment drawings and schematics.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and develop project schedules.
- Must be able to design and install complex electrical projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills required.
- Must be able to design and implement PLC-related projects, including PLC to PLC communications and programming.
- Must be able to obtain a scale license to maintain equipment including scales, metal detectors, x-rays, roll-stock packaging equipment, and CO-2 stunning system.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, automotive, or related industry.
- Minimum of 1 years of management experience.
- Basic to Intermediate Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and Programming Experience.
- Advanced Electrical Knowledge of troubleshooting Low Voltage systems (24VDC to 480VAC).
- Ability to Read Mechanical and Electrical Drawings/Schematics.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Front Office and Allen Bradley Software.
- Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Mechanical systems such as Pneumatic or Hydraulics.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing systems with HMIs, PLCs, VFDs, Analog (4/20) Sensors, and Safety Systems.
- Must be able to effectively lead and manage a team while maintaining a cost-effective operation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience (4 years).
- AutoCAD Electrical Experience.
- Knowledge of Network (TCP/IP) Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Topology.
- Knowledge of Linux OS.
- Prior Experience with Metal Detectors and X-Rays.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Robotics (Fanuc/ABB).
- Wonderware Experience or another equivalent HMI platform.
- Experience with Siemens PLCs and/or Profinet/Profibus.
- Working Knowledge of Modicon/Schneider PLCs.
- Knowledge/Experience with ammonia refrigeration.
SCHEDULE
- 6:00 AM-4:00 PM, the days can vary based on business needs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility and primarily will be on the production floor.
- The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position is primarily on the production floor and will have limited office time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment requires you to wear hearing protection at all times on the production floor.
- The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
