Job Summary:

Seabrook is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on real estate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives to promote Seabrook's real estate listings, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Develop compelling written and visual content for digital platforms including website, blog posts, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Content should effectively highlight Seabrook's real estate offerings, convey the unique selling points, and engage the target audience.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote listings, and drive engagement.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Implement lead scoring systems, track interactions, and nurture leads through targeted follow-up communication to facilitate conversion and retention.
  • Utilize email automation tools to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
  • Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including real estate agents, graphic designers, and web developers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and assets.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Develop initiatives to foster community engagement and establish Seabrook as a trusted authority in the local real estate market.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors' digital marketing strategies, market positioning, and messaging.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends, terminology, and regulations is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, both internal and external, to meet deadlines and creative standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relative experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

  • Project management experience with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be on-site working 2-3 days per week as business needs dictate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.


Salary Range
: $70,000
