Job Summary
Seabrook Hospitality is seeking applications for the position of Guest Service Agent.
Every year thousands of guests stay at Seabrook by booking one of over 200 homes in our Cottage Rentals Program. The front desk team is the face of Seabrook! We’re looking for a friendly individual who can manage multiple tasks at once and is passionate about hospitality and guest service. Hours for the front desk are varied and weekends are mandatory.

Examples of duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests of Seabrook with enthusiasm and warmth
- Check guests in and out of their homes
- Respond to guest inquiries about Seabrook and Seabrook’s events, merchants, history, layout as well as the surrounding areas
- Communicate guest/homeowner requests and complaints to the appropriate entity
- Answer phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Send and respond to emails (Outlook/Gmail)
- Create documents (Word)
- Create Reports (Reservation Software/Excel)
- Printing and Photocopying
- Handle cash and operate a till
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous guest/customer service is a requirement
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
- Previous office/clerical experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive, Outlook and Gmail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work well as a member of a team
Experience
- 2-5 years in active hotel, resort, or luxury guest/customer service is highly preferred.
