What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event associate position at Seacoast Church?
Hours : 10-15 hours as needed for special events. Wednesday Morning's (2nd and 4th week each month) & some evening events.

This position reports to : Childcare Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- A Heart to Serve
- Provide age appropriate childcare during approved Seacoast events
- Carry out program responsibilities which may include, but not limited to : feeding, changing diapers, escorts to bathrooms, overseeing nap time, allowing free play, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts, and play.
- Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures
- Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care

- Must be available to work flexible schedule, including some weekday and weeknight shifts, weekend shifts, and / or holiday shifts
- A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults
- Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality
- At least one year of childcare experience preferred
