Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Onsite Support Technician to join our IT team. As a IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new computer systems
- Perform software installations, updates, and patches
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on basic system operations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer support principles and best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for desktop configuration management
- Experience with mobile devices (iOS, Android) is preferred
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software-related problems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional end-user support
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic IT team. Candidates will need to provide their own transportation to customer support locations throughout the North Shore area of Massachussetts.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
