Reports To: Operations Manager
Hours: Rotating
Education:High School or equivalent
Experience: 2 years or more in administrative support role.
Skills/Software:Heavy Phones, Reception/Greeting. Comfort in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis.
Traits:Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills (in particular, over the phone), assertive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous dispatching experience or experience working in the maritime industry.
