Integrated Master Scheduler

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Integrated Master Scheduler.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

SEACORP has an immediate opening for an Integrated Master Scheduler to coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a program’s and/or project’s schedule that communicates to all levels of program management, the project team and stakeholders effectively.
• Perform schedule recovery plans and “what-if” schedules as required.
• Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program’s and/or project’s plan.
• Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment.
• Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
• Integrate tasks with resources (people, facilities, equipment).
• Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Technical discipline.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Would be nice to have:

• 3 years of experience with building, analyzing, and managing schedules in Microsoft Project.
• 3 years of experience with using the Microsoft Office suite.
• 3 yrs experience evaluating project schedule progress by creating and using reports and tools available within MS Project.
• 3 years of experience managing complex production schedules.
• 3 years of experience with providing schedule analyses.
• 3 years of experience with identifying and performing critical path analyses.
• Ability to review contract documentation and extract the information required to buildout associated schedules.
• Strong communication and writing skills, necessary for creating program progress in deliverables, briefings, and discussions with Program Office and higher management.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
