Summary
Develop strong working relationships with all levels of facility personnel. Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors. Maintain security of parts, materials and stockroom inventories to ensure proper accountability of assets. Responsible for receiving and stocking of parts received daily. Asist with maintaining inventories, working through Purchase Department to generate PO's and track receipt of materials. Assist in annual physical inventory counts.
Job Description
Verify the condition of goods and quantity of goods against Purchase Orders and Repair Orders.
Receive against PO's and RA's, input information into inventory system, identify, label and disposition of goods.
Manage inventory of goods stored in the warehouse; Ensure daily cycle counts are performed to maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor and update reorder levels of goods used and sold.
Investigate and find root cause of inventory in accuracies.
Make timely & accurate system updates.
Assist Plant Manager and Purchase Manager with additional inventory task as needed and directed.
Participate in continuous improvement projects within our inventory control system.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
· Light lifting: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
· Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Education and Skill Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of SAP systems
Detailed / Organizational SKILLS
Computer skills
Leadership skills / Ability to take charge.
Forklift certified

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
