This role falls within the Content Strategy Team, which works on all digital platforms, targeting business and technical audiences within our broad product portfolio. Content drives the digitally connected customer journeys we are building, and we are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, data-driven professional to build and refine content that motivates customers to act.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain globally relevant web pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) leveraging a rich component library, content and experience fragments, and custom templates. Page designs will be collaboratively sourced based off UX-lead wireframes that are informed by thorough research and data.
- Lead and participate in the content intake process with the goal of understanding and defining business requirements for creating new or updating existing content on our supported global digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal digital and regional team members in advancing content through the translations process using AEM GlobalLink Adaptor. This will include identifying regional localization needs, creating timelines based on existing service-level agreements (SLA), and maintaining consistent communication with regional teams and external translations partners.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external creative teams to manage marketing collateral that will be stored and syndicated through SEE's DAM (Digital Asset Manager).
- Define and document user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing detailed feedback on use cases for AEM system updates, component customization, and large-scale digital feature enhancements.
- Perform QA (quality assurance) testing to ensure professional quality for all content on customer-facing digital platforms including responsiveness across multiple screen sizes, grammar, brand tone and voice.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; if no degree, at least 7 years experience in a strategic digital role
- More than 3 years experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management system
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced customer centric environment
- 4 years of experience in content strategy, digital content development, or related role
