Responsibilities
Take the lead on all aspects of SeaQuest's brand management including style, imagery, and video content.
Develop and implement brand strategies and standards to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Oversee the development and management of all social media channels in coordination with the communications team.
Lead a team of developing professionals, mentoring and guiding them toward achieving company goals and personal development.
Work closely with the communications team, providing strategic guidance and support when necessary.
Act as an ambassador for the SeaQuest brand, ensuring all initiatives align with our mission and vision.
Requirements
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a national or larger company.
Proven experience in brand management, including the creation and implementation of brand strategies.
A track record of success in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
