We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter I in Seattle, WA . This will be a hybrid position with at least 3 days onsite per week, and will be 6 -month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert .

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
  
  

Qualifications

• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty
• 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field or in a related area
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with APS (applicant tracking system)
• 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field
  
  

Pay Range

• The pay rate for this position is up to $ 57.99 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
